    Professional Indemnity Insurance Policy

    Covers claims made by a patient against a Medical Practitioners / Medical Establishment for wrong treatment or negligence through United India Insurance Company Ltd. The Insurance Company will indemnify the insured against their legal liability to pay compensation including Defence Costs, fees and expenses arising out of “errors, omissions or negligence” while rendering professional services, up to the coverage amount and after the retroactive date.

    Duration

    One year after which the Policy can be renewed
